Customize the Gift Set as Separate Components
01 — Box and interior
Provide the complete gift arrangement. Define usable space, board construction and any insert before finalizing the external size.
02 — Matching paper bag
Use the finished external box dimensions to set the bag opening, gusset and clearance. Confirm handle construction and filled carrying requirements.
03 — Shared brand treatment
Approve paper, color and logo samples together. Record the specification for each component rather than assuming one artwork treatment transfers unchanged.
Choose the Format for the Handover
| Retail gift presentation | A magnetic opening and coordinated bag can form the presentation sequence. Confirm the actual box and bag configuration. |
|---|---|
| Corporate or event gift sets | Define quantities by recipient set, artwork version and component so complete sets can be packed together. |
| Craft and accessory collections | Arrange the items and any insert around the gift opening experience, then check movement and lid clearance. |
| Shipping to the recipient | Evaluate the filled gift box in the intended outer package. The retail presentation system does not replace a shipping test. |

How to Size a Box-and-Bag Set
- Arrange the actual gift items with the required tissue, insert and accessories.
- Measure the needed internal box cavity and agree the wall, lid and corner allowances on the drawing.
- Approve the assembled external box dimensions, including any ribbon or projecting detail.
- Set the bag opening and gusset around that assembled box, with agreed insertion and removal clearance.
- Trial the complete filled set for handle access, carrying and the final handover.

Three Decisions That Make the Set Work
Will the box enter the bag cleanly?
Check the widest assembled points and any ribbon. The bag opening and gusset must work with the actual finished box.
Do the papers read as one color?
Compare the box wrap and bag paper together under the agreed viewing conditions. Texture, ink and lamination can affect the result.
Can the receiving team assemble and pack it?
Agree the delivery state, corner-fixing method, assembly sequence and component grouping before bulk production.
Paper and Board Selection
The product-specific parameter identifies paper, with custom size and thickness. Core grade and caliper are not fixed. Specify the structural core separately from the visible wrapping paper, and specify the bag paper as its own component.
The supplied material menu includes coated/art paper, kraft, textured paper and metallic-card options. Select only the papers approved for the chosen construction; a broad material menu does not mean every paper belongs in the same box.
Approve the paper texture, fold behavior and printed appearance together. Any environmental claim requires support for the complete construction, including coatings, magnets and other components.
Magnetic Closure and Folding Corners
The listing identifies a folding magnetic gift box, while the supplied images show attached lids and fold-in corner panels. Define the magnet arrangement, lid alignment and corner fixing in the production specification.
- Review the flat structure and identify all corner and side panels.
- Assemble the sample using the approved fixing method.
- Close the lid with the actual contents and check alignment and clearance.
- Open and close it under the agreed trial conditions; inspect hinge folds and corner attachment.
Confirm whether the structure is intended for one-time setup or repeat flattening. A collapsible delivery format does not by itself establish repeated assembly durability.

Logo, Color and Surface Finish
Provide PDF or AI logo artwork and mark the box lid, interior, bag front/back and any side-panel artwork separately. Identify which finishes must appear on both components and which apply only to the box.
| Color coordination | Specify the physical or Pantone reference and approve the box and bag together. |
|---|---|
| Gold or silver foil | Confirm logo detail, foil area, tooling and the result on the selected paper. |
| Embossing / debossing | Check relief depth, fine detail and paper response with the agreed proof. |
| Screen printing / spot UV | Specify artwork position and the intended effect on the chosen surface. |
| Gloss / matte lamination | Approve the visual finish and folding behavior for each component. |

Interior and Presentation Accessories
Custom interiors are supported, but the empty cavity shown is not an insert specification. Provide actual item samples or drawings to define insert material, cutouts, finger access and the opening order.
Quote tissue, ribbon, inserts and paper bags as named components where required. Check that their added height does not obstruct the magnetic flap or make the bag fit too tight.
What Changes the Cost of the Set?
| Box dimensions and core | Internal space, assembled depth and the selected board change material consumption. |
|---|---|
| Folding and corner construction | The flat structure, fixing method and assembly state define processing and packing requirements. |
| Paper and decoration | Wrap texture, print colors, foil, relief and lamination change the artwork and tooling scope. |
| Bag specification | Paper, dimensions, gusset, handles and printed faces form a separate cost component. |
| Interior and quantity split | Inserts, accessories, artwork versions and different box/bag quantities affect the complete quotation. |
MOQ, Samples and Production Planning
Request a quotation with quantities per size, design and component, and confirm the box and bag minimums separately.
| Existing stock sample | Unprinted stock samples are listed as free; buyer-paid freight. One-day preparation reference, subject to availability. |
|---|---|
| Custom sample | 3–5 working days reference; confirm proofing charges, the structural/printed scope and dispatch timing. |
| 1–1,000 pieces | 10-day production reference |
| 1,001–3,000 pieces | 15-day production reference |
| Above 3,000 pieces | Production schedule by agreement |
The quantity schedule is a production planning reference, not an MOQ policy. Confirm the production start milestone after required approvals, coordinate the box/bag schedules and allow separately for transit.
Approve the Complete Set Before Production
- Confirm gift contents, quantity splits and the intended handover or delivery method.
- Agree the box structure, internal layout, bag size and component-specific quotation.
- Trial structural samples together for assembly, lid clearance, bag fit and carrying.
- Approve coordinated paper/color samples, logo artwork and selected decoration.
- Authorize production against the approved specifications, then confirm inspection, component grouping and dispatch.
Quality Checks for a Matched Gift Set
- Measure the internal cavity, external box, bag opening and gusset against the approved drawings.
- Inspect corner fixing, lid alignment and magnet position using the agreed opening/closing check.
- Fit the actual gift and accessories; check movement, finger access and lid clearance.
- Compare box and bag color, logo placement and selected finish with approved references.
- Trial the filled bag handles and complete set under agreed handling conditions; no load rating is assumed.
- Check component quantities, packing orientation and carton labels against the order.
Packing and Shipping
Carton packing is listed. Agree whether the boxes arrive flat or assembled, how the bags and interior components are grouped, and what protection is needed for the selected paper and finish.
- Approve a representative packed set or component bundle.
- Confirm flat/assembled counts per carton, surface protection and component identification.
- Agree final carton dimensions, gross weights, shipping marks and destination-specific dispatch planning.
Keep the production schedule separate from transport. Final logistics data follow the selected size and packing configuration.
Before a Bulk Order
Retain the approved box, bag and any interior as a matched sample set. Record the paper references, colors, artwork versions, corner-fixing method and component quantities together so a repeat order can be checked against the same specification.

자주 묻는 질문
01. Is the matching paper bag included with every box?
The bag is a coordinated component that must be included in the quotation. Specify box and bag quantities separately, along with bag dimensions, handle construction and artwork. A box-only order does not automatically include the bag or ribbon shown in a concept image.
02. How do I size the bag around the gift box?
Start from the assembled external box dimensions, including any ribbon or projecting detail. Check the bag opening and gusset, insertion/removal clearance and handle access with the packed sample. The usable gift space inside the box is not the bag-sizing dimension.
03. Are these boxes supplied flat or assembled?
The product is a folding/collapsible magnetic-box format. Agree the actual delivery state, corner fixing method and assembly instructions on the structural sample. Do not assume that a flat-delivery structure can be repeatedly flattened after permanent corner fixing.
04. What size and board thickness can I order?
Both are custom. Provide the gift dimensions, filled weight, interior layout and intended handling, then agree the usable cavity, external size, core grade and thickness on the production drawing. The shipping-package measurements are not a finished-box specification.
05. Can I match colors between the box and bag?
Custom colors are supported. Specify a physical color reference or Pantone reference, then review both components together. Differences in paper texture, printing and finish can change their appearance even when the nominal color is the same.
06. Which logo finishes are available?
The supplied options include gold and silver foil, embossing, debossing, screen printing, spot UV and gloss or matte lamination. Confirm the selected paper, logo detail, tooling and finish position with a sample rather than assuming every finish works identically on every surface.
07. What is the MOQ for a custom set?
Send the quantity for each box size, design and bag version so the quotation can state component-specific minimums. Minimums are confirmed for the selected configuration.
08. What are the sample charges and turnaround?
Existing unprinted stock samples are listed as free, with freight borne by the buyer. The sample references are one day for an existing sample and 3–5 working days for a custom sample. Confirm availability, custom proofing charges, approval scope and shipping time separately.
09. What production lead time should I plan for?
The product quantity table gives 10 days for 1–1,000 pieces and 15 days for 1,001–3,000 pieces; larger quantities are by agreement. Confirm the approved configuration, component schedules and production start event. These figures exclude transit.
10. Can the box protect fragile gift contents on its own?
A presentation box and magnetic flap do not establish a shipping-protection rating. Fit the actual items and any insert, check movement and lid clearance, and evaluate the complete packed set with the required outer shipping package.
