Kraft Background and Printed Interior
The brown exterior and the printed interior are separate design decisions. A dark inside pattern creates a different contrast from a pale pink interior, even when the outer structure remains similar. Specify which paper faces are exposed and how the logo should read in the open and closed positions.
The paper background influences the visible print result. Agree on color and opacity requirements with the selected print process, including any required underprint, then approve the physical sample. A digital mockup is useful for layout review but does not replace paper and color approval.

Do not approve color from a screen image alone. The paper background is part of the final appearance. Review your CMYK or PMS reference on the selected paper and agree on any opacity or underprint requirements before production.
03. What size and board thickness can I choose?
Dimensions and shape are customized. Provide the product dimensions, weight and packing layout; the board construction and thickness are then agreed for that configuration. No universal load rating or standard thickness applies to every design.
04. What is the custom-order MOQ?
Logo, pattern and packaging customization options start at 1,000 pieces. State the quantity for each size and artwork version so the complete order split can be confirmed.
05. Can I use a stock sample instead of a custom sample?
A stock sample can help review general construction and finish. A sample made to the final dimensions and artwork is needed to approve your specific fit and color. Confirm sample availability, cost and dispatch arrangements for the project.
06. How long do sampling and production take?
The planning reference is 5 working days for a sample and 15 working days for bulk production of an agreed configuration. Confirm the sample scope, quantity, approval milestones and production start point in the quotation; these are not delivery guarantees.
07. Which artwork files should I send?
AI, PDF and CAD are accepted reference formats. Confirm the production-file requirements, dimensions, fonts and finishing layers. Artwork must be checked against the approved dieline before printing.
08. Can an insert, tissue or sticker be included?
Specify each component separately. The open-cavity examples do not establish a standard insert or accessory bundle; define the contents and packing method before approving any interior support.
09. Can the finished box go directly into the parcel network?
Define the complete packed product, sealing, cushioning and any outer shipping carton for the intended route. Evaluate a representative finished pack rather than relying on the appearance of the empty mailer.
10. Does kraft paper mean the finished box is certified biodegradable?
Material and environmental requirements must be confirmed for the complete selected construction, including inks, coatings and added components. Specify any required documentation before approving the material and finishing.
