Ounce Conversion Calculator
Convert ounces into milliliters, grams, liters, pounds, kilograms, gallons and estimated sprays for cosmetic packaging projects.
Oz Conversion Calculator
Choose whether your ounce value describes liquid volume or mass. The calculator applies the correct conversion factor and rounds the result for easy packaging planning.
For liquid products, use fluid ounces. For bottle, closure or carton weight, use weight ounces. A fluid ounce cannot be converted to grams without the formula density.
Popular Ounce Converters
Oz to mL
For bottle capacity and liquid fill volume.
Oz to grams
For formula or component mass.
Oz to liters
For bulk fill planning and larger containers.
Oz to pounds
For cartons and freight documents.
mL and Spray Calculator
Spray count is an estimate. The actual output depends on the pump, formula, dip tube, priming strokes and actuation.

Ounce Converter FAQs
Is 1 oz always 29.57 mL?
No. One US fluid ounce is 29.5735 mL, while one Imperial fluid ounce is 28.4131 mL. A weight ounce measures mass, not liquid volume.
Can I convert fluid ounces to grams?
Only when the formula density is known. Use mass in grams = volume in mL × density in g/mL.
How many sprays are in 1 mL?
It depends on the atomizer. If the measured output is 0.10 mL per actuation, 1 mL is approximately 10 sprays.
